Your tasks

  • Together in a team, own all the tools to keep our operations running, may that be calculating the correct assembly time for our unique furniture designs or enabling the warehouse to keep an eye on the ready to be shipped orders.
  • Understand and translate process improvement needs and, together with the development team, create solution ideas based on software that you can communicate via user stories and process diagrams.
  • Prioritize stakeholder’s requests in line with our company strategy while ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Test new features and support in the implementation of your ideas.
  • Communicate, teach, and document changes to all user groups.

Your profile

  • Software development doesn’t scare you, even though you are not a developer.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Analytic mindset with an eye for detail
  • Relevant working experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics/Operations is a plus
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German and Polish language skills are a plus
