Started in the Handelsblatt Media Group, ada Learning GmbH has been an independent company since 2020, led by the three founders Miriam Meckel, Léa Steinacker and Verena Pausder. In addition to regularly publishing journalistic content in the form of magazines, podcasts and newsletters, ada initiates the ada | fellowship every six months.
The fellowship is an annual program for employees from business, politics and public institutions, consisting of physical and virtual events, workshops, expert talks, working & mentoring sessions and much more. Upon completion, participants will have learned a deep understanding of current technological developments, new world of work methodologies, and digital product development, and will be able to take a leading role in the digital culture transformation of their organizations.
Partners of the fellowship, which started in 2019, have so far included the German government, Lanxess, Lufthansa, Allianz, Swiss Re, Deutsche Telekom, and many more, sending a total of more than 1,000 Fellows to the fellowship.

What we stand for
At ada, we believe that tomorrow is full of opportunities and full of good stories.
With ada, we want to contribute to Germany and, in a second step, Europe becoming drivers of a value-oriented, open-minded and confident technological transformation. To this end, we offer organizations from business, politics and society the ada | fellowship, a twelve-month in-service training program that shows how to deal with the challenges of digital transformation and shape the future for oneself, one's own team and one's own organization.
Together with representatives from business, politics and public institutions, we launched the first cohort of the ada I fellowship in 2019, in which over 1,000 fellows have now participated. The annual program consists of physical and virtual events, workshops, expert talks, working and mentoring sessions, and much more. Upon completion, participants will have gained a deep understanding of current technological developments, new world of work methodologies, and digital product development, and will be able to take a leading role in the digital culture change of their organizations.
We also address how the economy, the world of work and society are changing in our journalistic offerings: our weekly newsletter, the ada podcast and our quarterly ada magazine.
Who we look for
We are less interested in grades or milestones in a polished resume. Instead, we value the ability to work in a team, fairness and transparent communication. In the ada team we work team-oriented, agile and with flat hierarchies. What counts is a really good result. And we are looking for ownership: What has to be done, will be done, what I am responsible for, I will do independently and reliably.
As a product owner at ada you are primarily responsible for the development of our learning platform. You ensure that our ada fellows enjoy using the learning platform and are well guided through their fellowship. This is
