About the Role

ZAGENO is hiring a Product Manager.  You will focus on our marketplace experience in executing product strategy, driving needs, and requirements for our customers in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. We are looking to hire a creative, hands-on thinker who can deliver best-in-class product improvements from requirements definition through design, implementation, and value delivery to support our growing, online, two-sided marketplace.

You will be driving and designing solutions which include both supplier and customer side. With all your initiatives, you aspire to optimize the overall merchant experience of doing business on the ZAGENO platform to enhance the eCommerce fulfillment and supply-chain and help our customers access a worldwide assortment.

In This Role You Will:
  • Drive the product vision of our Order Management System that connects our customers with the life science industry anytime and anywhere
  • Lead and execution of roadmap, collaborating with our engineering team located in Europe
  • Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Continuously monitor data and success KPIs of your product while sharing and implementing learnings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs, problems, and challenges of our customers and solve them with the help of an agile engineering team

About You

  • 3+ years of end-to-end product ownership experience, preferably of B2B Enterprise SaaS products 
  • Ability to clearly communicate your product vision in a simple and easy-to-understand language for a broad audience, including senior management
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams, and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Customer-centric and have the ability to identify customer problems, prioritize for business value, and work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented, strongly analytical, and you can synthesize product information in quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Ability to go deep into technical issues with developers and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, MBA a plus
