Who you are and what we need:
You identify and define strategic opportunities for growth, innovation and differentiation
You discover market needs within Big Pharma that we can address with products or services
You manage development roadmap and product lifecycle and align with all stakeholders (internal and external) to design and prioritize solutions.
You define product requirements and specs for Technical Product Owners (PO) / Development Team, covering both IT and service/delivery aspects.
You monitor development process, gather client or user feedback and adapt specifications and plans as needed
You drive the leadership for go-to-market: Launch and growth plan and support Sales with closing new deals
You define and monitor key success and growth metrics
What do you bring:
You have a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Product Manager with excellent Project Management skills
You are hungry and eager with great product ideas and can’t wait to start implementation
You are a smart person, analytical and data-driven with a user – centric and emphatic approach
You can understand user needs that is paired with business acumen to understand client value
You are a very good communicator, able to lead change and convince others of your ideas and plans
You speak German and English fluently
