As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you will be an integral part of evolving our product offering to support our growth and scale our operations. You will join forces with a team of engineers to build and enhance products that enable the core of our operations to thrive.
You will transform the way our product grows by providing technology-enabled solutions and automation to increase user happiness and efficiency.
You will define the roadmap and collaborate with other product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define the product vision. Base your roadmap on user research/feedback, key metrics, and company strategy and goals.
You will drive execution by breaking down features, defining increments, and creating deliverables with the tech team. You will own the product, monitor the progress of deliverables, and iterate on them.
You will be part of an agile team. Work very closely with the engineering team for all stages of the product life cycle and to understand all technical aspects of our solution.
You will work closely with users and stakeholders to understand and map their needs, processes, problems, and constraints.
You will monitor usage and feedback continuously alongside the team. Aim for continuous improvement of existing functionality and iterate on the results of the feature monitoring.
You will analyze and keep abreast of the market and technology solutions that may be used to enhance our crew experience.
You have a strong background in tech and product or in process management. You have extensive experience in a software, internet or travel company. You excel in delivering results in a high-growth business. You are passionate about building tech-enabled products in an agile way, and have a solid technical background.
You are a master communicator and collaborator. You are comfortable interacting with product and engineering team members and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and users. You believe being a team player is key to successfully building features.
You like experimenting and championing new ways of working to inspire progress. You are known to promote new approaches to users (internal and/or external) set on existing processes. Feedback loops, following up, and adapting are an integral part of your mindset. Continuous learning is something you cannot live without.
You remain flexible, thrive in ambiguity, and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
You are drawn to puzzles. You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and an ability to derive insights from researching.
You have experience in modern forms of process mapping, requirements management, product planning, agile development, customer discovery, product discovery, and the product development process.
