Senior Product Manager - Carrier and Driver

  • Work with research and design to understand and solve important Carrier problems, ultimately helping them to become more successful businesses
  • Own, as Product manager, a key area within the Carriers & Drivers space, such as the Marketplace, Planning tools or Driver App, which will be fundamental to our future success
  • You will understand the logistics ecosystem, competitor landscape, and user  needs
  • Be the voice of the consumer to inform product decisions and bring best in class features to market meeting our users needs
  • Work in a collaborative, cross functional team, comprising of Engineers, QA & design
  • Have a key impact on shaping the vision & mission for your team, ultimately building the product roadmaps to get us there.
  • Define and analyze metrics, and iterate quickly to deliver optimal customer experience
  • Work closely with the Product Management community of practice and our cross functional teams to help define and deliver our product roadmap

Communicate with your team to continuously improve how you work together, making sure everyone is productive, happy and efficient



  • Someone who can collaborate with a range of stakeholders, using strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills. You’ll work closely with Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts, other Product Managers and Product Marketers to make sure your work brings value to the market. 
  • Someone who has shipped great products that solve customer needs in a fast-growing company before
  • You’re passionate about building an excellent user experience, and you monitor your metrics to see whether you’re delivering
  • You’re comfortable working collaboratively across teams on products that come together to form the whole service
