About the opportunity

As a Product Lead in the Engagement segment at N26, you will be leading one of the key areas in our group - Shared Experiences. You, along with the cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and user researchers will be responsible for helping to really drive the information architecture around our N26 app to make sure we keep a beautifully simple experience for our customers as we continue to add more products and services. You will also be responsible for managing a suite of shared communication products that are used throughout our app.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead an information architecture review of our existing app with your design and user research counterparts.
  • Run and advocate the product discovery process to identify the best opportunities for how the app architecture needs to evolve moving forward.
  • Create excitement and get buy-in for the new app architecture.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that teams are aligned and willing to contribute to make the new app architecture a reality.
  • Manage new and existing shared communication products used throughout the app experience to drive engagement.
  • Prioritize key initiatives to deliver against your segment and team KPIs.
  • Work with engineers to prioritize features, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development to bring the product vision to life. 
  • Analyze app/feature performance and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience. 
  • Be responsible for interfacing with the Growth, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure that the overall customer experience in the customer’s first days are cohesive and relevant.

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

  • 6+ years of experience in a product management role with a track record of delivering world-class products that delight consumers

  • Fluent with product discovery techniques
  • A genuine love for collaboration and with great interpersonal skills
  • A strong bias for action with a hands on attitude
  • Analytical approach to product development
  • Strong English language skills
