HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator you’ll work on interesting responsibilities related to our people processes: e.g. on- and offboarding, visa & relocation support, documentation etc. in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

You’ll be collaborating closely with the local and international people teams to develop and implement more efficient processes and ensure the best service to our employees.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...

  • Prepare employment agreements and handle general contract management
  • Assist international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin
  • Contribute to team projects
  • Support with HR reporting
  • Organize and manage personnel records by utilizing internal HRIS
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate offer to newcomer onboarding all the way to offboarding

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE ...

  • First experience with general administrative people topics such as absence and contract management, forms and certificates etc. 
  • Fluency in English and German (C2) 
  • Good understanding of German visa processes
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, a proactive mindset and high service-orientation
  • Detail-oriented approach to work and ability to handle confidential information 
  • Basic knowledge of German labour law is a plus
