As a people operations partner you’ll work on interesting responsibilities related to our employee lifecycle such as; contract management, payroll & relocation in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

You’ll be collaborating closely with other departments such as Finance, Legal & People Development to ensure the best service to our employees.

  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate offer to newcomer onboarding all the way to offboarding
  • Manage the monthly payroll of our Berlin office
  • Assist international newcomers with visa and relocation arrangements and administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our employees on all questions regarding payslips, pension schemes, income tax and social security contributions etc.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to contribute to and develop initiatives, processes and services
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance department, service providers & agencies)
  • Organize and manage personnel records by utilizing our HRM systems
  • Support People reporting


  • A proven track record of delivering German payrolls
  • Experience with general HR matters such as Maternity/Parental leave, work permits and certificates
  • Solid knowledge of German labor and social security law
  • A high service orientation, proactivity and a team-player mentality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Fluency in English and German (C1)
