As a people operations partner you’ll work on interesting responsibilities related to our HR processes: documentation, payroll, taxes… in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

You’ll be collaborating closely with  Accounting to develop more efficient processes around Payroll and Freelance invoicing  as well as with People Development to ensure the best service to our employees.

  • Prepare employment agreements and general contract management
  • Monitor monthly payroll accounting and supporting tax matters of the Berlin office and coordinating it with finance team
  • Assist international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin
  • Assist our Senior on HR reporting
  • Organize and managing personnel records by utilizing internal HRIS
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate offer to newcomer onboarding


  • Proven positive experience with general HR topics, Maternity, Paternity, Contract management & forms & certificates etc. 
  • Good knowledge of German labor law
  • General understanding of international visa processes
  • Good communication skills, proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills and you are a good team-player
  • Detail-oriented mindset and you are able to handle confidential information correctly
  • Fluency in English and German (C2) language
