The Unified commerce tribe team is relatively new, so our team dynamic is on the works! As a people experience working student, you would gain an overview of different topics that mix strategic (career development, data) with administrative tasks (Workday/Greenhouse management).

 Job Description

• Developing useful metrics and reports for the tribe.
• Align the Seeds & Steps framework with the employee experience journey.
• Drive the analysis of eNPS results and follow through on action plans.
• Build onboarding plans for new employees.
• Workday and Greenhouse administrative assistance.
• Build trust among the tribe's various stakeholders.
• Utilize all our platforms (workday, greenhouse) more effectively.
• Develop an understanding of the relationship between our people frameworks and how to create value from it.
• Set up a dashboard for the tribe with useful people metrics.

 You'll be great for this role if:

• You’re passionate about working on diverse projects across the people team.
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint/G-Suite
• You have a curious mind and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have a fixer and doer attitude and are comfortable with ambiguity and unprecedented challenges.
• You’re self driven and proactive. 
• You’re able to interact effectively with different stakeholders at different levels.
• You have fluent English skills.
• Great analytical skills.
