As part of the People team, you’ll play a important role in driving the Talent´s strategy in Brazil. You will help us to take our people development process to a new level by making it scalable and smart.
Your main challenges as our new People Development Analyst - LATAM will be:
- Support in implementation of Talent Development strategies
- Support in organizational development programs.
- Designing and implementing relevant KPIs when applicable.
- Support regular Engagement survey (eNPS) and 360º surveys
- Manage TD system providers possible solutions.
- Support in D&I programs.
You'll be great for this position if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Development.
- You have great communication skills: ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise, objective and confident way.
- You have curiosity and intrinsic interest for Talent Development topics. Keep informed of the market practices, trends and studies.
- Advanced English, ability to communicate, articulate and understand complex ideas.
