Team Description

Our team's mission is to help small companies all over Brazil. In the sales area, we interact daily with the Sumup Consultants (our Sales Representatives outsourced) and get to know their barriers, helping them to thrive in their challenges delivering solutions through smart sales strategies. At the same time, we understand new growth opportunities for SumUp. In this role, you will "live" the day by day of our heroes - the SumUp consultant - and will be capable of understanding the impact we have and how we change their lives.

What you'll do in this position

• Lead an incredible partner success team obsessive by their consultants' success and results
• Develop and hire great talents, nourishing our succession pipeline
• Contribute to periodically update our customer success and sales strategies 
• Challenge current models and provoke us about it
• Participate/lead initiatives with the objective of enabling our OKRs achievement

You'll be a great fit for this position if

• Highly motivated leader, team player, hands-on, focused in developing and improve your team’s skills
• You are a fast-learner and self-starter. You´will be working at a Fintech: be prepare to run things outside of your scope and do not expect us to have all answers you need
• You have ownership behavior and an unquiet mind, always questioning the “status quo” and getting the team to the next level
• Fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global team :)
