What you will do
Work together with Klarnas partner success team to develop marketing plans and assets. This includes consumer-facing placements across the full shopper journey from driving traffic, to acquisition and conversion - even being in-store and transacting
Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment
Execute and report on all tactics to retail clients
Work directly with, and manage, creative and media agencies on specific executions
Work closely with commercial sales and account management colleagues on pitching to prospects and management of existing accounts
Create and use best practices and tools for internal use to educate on co-marketing projects throughout the business
Coordinate internal teams across countries to execute marketing plans, including email, app, social, and other owned marketing channels
Advise merchants on how to best use and message Klarna in their own channels to amplify sales

  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing working experience, with an emphasis on Paid Media
  • Experience in digital media buying and user acquisition
  • A technical interest and an eye for details
  • A metrics-driven approach and a good understanding of audience management and measurement
  • Experience in communicating with different stakeholders and delivering on set goals.
  • Research & testing
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Display & video 360
  • Experience working with Mparticle or other CDP platforms is a plus
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Experience of working in a - fast-paced startup environment, a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture, or a company with a strong brand track record is a major plus
