About your future Team 

Risk Management works across functions and units to ensure that the business and its stakeholders are on safe ground. Members of the Non-Financial Risk Management team are among the first in the company to get involved in any new initiatives.

Your role

• Maintaining and developing the overall Outsourcing roadmap and coordinate the delivery of the related projects and initiatives including contribution to implementation of the related Outsourcing tooling
• Reviewing and enhancing guidelines and policies related to Outsourcing risk taking into consideration structural expansion
• Ensure that outsourced services are properly initiated, managed, and monitored in full compliance with strategic and regulatory obligations as well as the Outsourcing Framework
• Timely raising risks directly and indirectly related to outsourcing
• Promoting simplification where possible in Third Party management processes by identifying synergies in our areas of control 

What you should bring along

• 5+ years of experience in Outsourcing / Third party management / Oversight function /Internal audit / Control function with good knowledge of banking law and regulatory standards
• Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment while keeping team objectives in mind
• Interest in digging into deep and complex arrangements
• Self motivated and ability to grasp the big picture with flexibility in approach and thinking
• Good communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal and at all levels
