Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

Joining our Оnboarding Team will be exciting for you, if you like to be part of a diverse team, whose focus is to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding journey for all SumUp merchants in Europe. Your mission is to think end to end, making sure that we have the necessary analytics and reporting in order to measure the success of automated and manual onboarding processes. 

 What you'll be doing:

• Develop, maintain and optimize regular reports to evaluate overall team KPIs and agent performance metrics.
• Develop, maintain and optimize reports evaluating the performance of external verification providers
• Participate in various projects, creating and executing reports and analyzing data to measure project success 
• Identify and build data sources, extract and transform data, find and suggest process and product improvement opportunities
• Assist with various ad-hoc requests for data as required by operations team
• Work closely with the Onboarding management team

 You'll be great for this position if:

• You have work experience in data analytics (2+ yrs)
• You have strong SQL skills 
• You have work experience with Tableau or other BI tools
• Experience with business process improvement is considered a strong advantage
• Experience with KYC/AML is considered an advantage
• Experience with python is considered an advantage
• You’re curious and adaptable and like to think holistically as well as going into detail
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy having great autonomy in structuring your work as well as coming up with your own hypotheses
• You have great communication skills and can break down complex or technical topics into valuable business information
• You are fluent in English - you'll be part of a truly global company!
