Our Service Delivery Specialists work in various teams within Office Services, such as; Receptionist, Office manager and Support Now Services. Day-to-day work involves supporting the internal employees as well as external customers with responding to employees questions such as administrative and back-office work. They are problem solvers and strong communicators in Klarna's business language English and in their market-specific language.
As Office Manager you are the go-to person. Our mission is to create a solid, smooth and desirable work environment for Klarna’s employees in every office. Success in this role means that the service in our offices are working smoothly every day.
Support Now Services is responsible for administrative tasks, hosting, booking meetings, lunches, etc. The primary goal is to provide exceptional service to colleagues and external clients / customers.
