The Office Infrastructure team aims to provide all SumUpers with the best work environment and implement an outstanding welcoming culture in our company. We are in charge of ensuring structure and order in our offices and our goal is to do so while sharing a positive energy and a good mood with SumUpers and visitors. What you’ll be doing in this position
Together with Office Management, you will be responsible for our office organisation.
You’ll smoothen our existing processes and ensure that even in our high growth period all guidelines are kept in place and are being continuously improved.
You’ll greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office, making sure they have an outstanding first impression.
You’ll monitor office expenditures and office supplies inventory, placing orders when needed and assisting in vendor relationship management
You’ll assist employees with complaints or issues concerning our workspace and office infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating our perks and events (e.g. German classes, team lunches, office breakfasts, happy hours, etc.)
You’ll support SumUpers in scheduling business trips for themselves and for visitors
Your communications skills amaze us, you are able to convey a clear message in a positive way.
You are able to perform well in a dynamic environment, identifying and focusing on key priorities while working efficiently.
You pay attention to details and are proactive (if you see something wrong, you’ll fix it without waiting for instructions!).
You are able to plan, organize, execute and stick to a budget.
You have 5+ Office Management experience.
You are fluent in English - you'll be part of a truly global company! Fluency in German will be considered a plus.
