What you will do:
As part of Klarna’s Merchant Foundation Operations (MFO) team you will be providing high-quality professional service to our merchants by assisting them to solve pre and post purchase related problems or support with various requests regarding Klarna’s products and services.
Acting as a point of contact to our merchants, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each case. You will constantly interact with other departments within the company as well as third parties.
As a Merchant Support agent you’ll assist our merchants in numerous areas by solving order management problems, customer issues, systematic questions, and technical problems, while helping to build and maintain merchant relationships.
The role consists of you acting as a subject matter and troubleshooting expert. You will interact with various Klarna departments; therefore, communication and problem solving skills are a must! You will be responsible for assisting merchants through new features and improvements. You will communicate by phone, chat and/or email channels.
