About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You will be responsible for the execution, measurement, and optimization of our marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention with our supplier partners. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, diligent, self-starter that is detail-oriented and has strong project management skills.  

Responsibilities will include:
  • Execute on supplier marketing initiatives across various digital channels to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and creative) to design, develop, and optimize campaign assets.
  • Build and launch outbound campaigns to create demand and re-engage with our prospective partners.
  • Support ZAGENO’s account-based marketing (ABM) strategy through list-building, account profiling, and target persona research.
  • Work with other marketing team members to rapidly experiment (growth hacking) new sources of partner acquisition.
  • Constantly test various creative options to drive towards the highest engagement and lowest cost per acquisition possible with all campaigns.
  • Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI with each ABM campaign, continually refining and optimizing ABM efforts based on both quantitative metrics as well as qualitative feedback from sales.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests on performance of campaign when needed.
  • Conduct complete post-campaign evaluation and reporting to read out on results highlighting both strengths, potential weaknesses and lessons learned.
  • Stay current on digital and account-based marketing best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years marketing experience, including 2-3 years in growth marketing or demand generation function.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience of HTML coding for email design, email delivery, and cross device, mail client, and browser rendering a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills and a team player.
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
