As our Marketing Program Manager – Enterprise, your contribution will be essential to help us develop, expand and maintain our enterprise marketing activities.  You’ll need to be creative, highly motivated, and well organized, as well as looking to gain account based marketing experience whilst supporting a strategic program for NavVis. You’ll need to be able to work on your own and to take projects from ideation through to implementation with high attention to detail with the support of Demand Generation team.

In this part-time position (70%,) the Enterprise Marketing Program Manager designs and executes worldwide Cross-Product and Market-Focused marketing programs to deliver on assigned marketing strategies.

You will work on:

  • Designing global enterprise marketing programs that deliver on targeted results and objectives
  • Developing and integrating market research, product positioning, messaging, inbound content and outbound marketing activities as appropriate to support the program
  • Creating content that articulates the value of NavVis technology for the enterprise market
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to identify key needs, initiatives and opportunities
  • Working cross-functionally with corporate marketing, digital demand, events, product marketing and field marketing teams to communicate plans and guide projects to completion
  • Working with agencies and freelancers to create campaign materials as required
  • Create memorable, provocative, and engaging campaigns that show how the brand lives in culture, with messaging that resonates with customers and ensures a positive customer experiences
  • Using demand generation best practices and data analytics to increase effectiveness of Enterprise marketing programs through a process of continued improvement
  • Managing the development of various program deliverables, including emails, landing pages, direct mail, print or digital ads, nurture campaigns, virtual events and customer-facing content
  • Managing projects and campaigns from conception to final reporting

You have:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of software industry B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-tech companies
  • Experience in B2B campaign management or account-based marketing
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Solid organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to learn on the go and demonstrate agility to get things done and make data-driven decisions
  • Solid collaborative experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies to achieve results
  • Natural empathy and influencing skills, to keep everyone moving in the right direction
  • Love of (our) technology and passion for its broad applications
  • Native-like fluency in English and at a minimum, strong spoken German skills
