We are looking for a talented [UK] Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take full responsibility of our local marketing strategies including social media, blogs, lead generation and events. Ultimately, in conjunction with our Head Office, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness. Reporting to the [UK] Country Manager, day-to-day tasks of the role include:

  • Managing all areas of marketing for the local territory
  • Support creating a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Share content through various social media channels, ensuring a strong web presence
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Working closely with the sales team, manage and improve lead generation campaigns
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Support Head of Marketing on all CrossEnage/industry events
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Required skills

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • CRM-savvy and basic interest in technical subjects
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Event management experience
  • Enjoy being part of a team, yet with the ability to work independently
