This role will work closely with our Head of Customer Acquisition to further develop, optimize and grow OUTFITTERY's marketing activities and strategy in the Netherlands and Belgium.
You are responsible for our growth and further expansion in the Netherlands and Belgium.
You’ll have operational and strategic responsibility for the planning, implementation and management of our dutch and belgian direct response campaigns on various online and offline marketing channels to increase the volume of new customers in our BENELUX markets.
You work closely with our Head of Customer Acquisition on our growth and channel expansion strategy in the Netherlands and Belgium.
You localize our marketing campaigns in your markets and coordinate with local media agencies to implement our strategy and marketing campaigns together with your lead.
Collaborate and work closely with different colleagues and teams (e.g. Channel Managers, Design, Content, Product and our Data Team).
You frequently challenge the status quo of current structures, strategies, our tech stack and think of ways to improve them.
You define and execute structured testing plans to improve advertising efficiency and scale in your markets and beyond (creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding, etc.).
You ensure a flawlessly working tracking of all ongoing campaigns and the reporting of key KPIs in order to properly measure and optimize running campaigns.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a similar field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing, preferably working in B2C businesses, with a focus on performance marketing.
Good understanding of Facebook, SEM and/or Native Display in particular. Offline marketing experience, especially TV or Print, is a big plus.
You have a good understanding of the dutch & belgian market and our target group.
You’re a generalist with a holistic view on marketing activities thanks to past experience across different performance channels.
You have a hands-on mentality, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and you are motivated to drive a growing company's performance.
You work highly analytical: very strong systematic and investigative thinking capable of diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing day-to-day performance.
You motivate others around you and you’re happy to pass on your knowledge to others in order to make the whole team stronger.
You have a comprehensive understanding of the current trends & technologies in online or offline marketing.
Good skills in handling Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and last but not least Excel. Experience with Smartly is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and English; good command of German or other languages is a plus but not required.
A very strong sense of ownership as well as a good dose of humor complete your profile!
