As our Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/x), you

  • Makes sure diligent datasets are available to perform required analysis by providing clear requirements and context to the Marketing team
  • Develop, implement and maintain reports & dashboards for various marketing teams
  • Conduct Ad-Hoc diagnostic analysis to understand certain marketing behaviours and trends and provide in-depth insights
  • Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers for new sources integration and marketing data analysis
  • Support the Sr. Marketing Intelligence Manager in designing and executing experimental campaigns with the goal of learning how to optimize for ROI
  • Support in developing forecasting and predictive models such as ROI, LTV, Attribution, etc. for supporting smart decision making

What we look for

  • 2+ years experience as a Marketing Data Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, DW ecosystem concepts, MS Excel and statistical methods
  • Good understanding and hands on experience with attribution models
  • Familiar with MMP tools such as Adjust, Singular, etc and Marketing Mixed Modelling
  • Experience in using data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset or Tableau and data integration tools (such as Fivetran)
  • Experience with one or more advanced analytics such as forecasting, A/B testing, correlation analysis, cohort analysis, etc
  • Good communication skills and storytelling. Capable of sharing complex insights in a clear and simple language
  • Collaborative, open and has a flexible mindset with critical thinking
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in multi-channel campaign optimization
