Your tasksThe team at WorkGenius is looking for their first Revenue Operations & Enablement Manager in New York! You’ll be supporting our aggressive growth and revenue plan by building, managing, and continuously improving the tool and processes our sales, marketing, and customer success teams rely on to be successful. You get to make your mark here as you’ll be driving force behind this newly created role at WorkGenius. The revenue organization will rely on you to allow them to perform at their absolute best and dedicate as close to 100% of their time as possible to revenue generating activities. Take full ownership of revenue operations & enablement and build function from the ground up
Build out RevOps team (Analyst, Data Scientist) as WorkGenius continues to grow
Support leadership team in setting goals and metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success groups
Develop, manage, and evolve processes, tools, and documentation that enable revenue organization to accomplish goals and perform at highest and most efficient level
Develop and execute campaigns that support strategic priorities of sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Provide dashboards and reports to leadership and team members that accurately reflect company, team, and individual performance
Follow best-practices in predictive analyses and provide derived insights to leadership team and revenue organization
Own selection, implementation, and management of revenue stack including vendor evaluation, selection, integration, migration, etc.
Take overall responsibility for revenue stack including data integrity, availability and synchronization, validation, cleansing, enrichment, and improvement of quality
What we expect
You have 2-4 years of experience in sales ops, marketing ops, revenue ops, or related function at B2B technology, B2B software, or B2B service company
Startup experience strongly preferred
You have 2-6 years of total professional work experience
You have excellent communication skills
You have a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success basic concepts, and thus, you feel comfortable selecting sales and marketing technology
You have project management and strategic planning skills
You have a deep understanding of current technology landscape catering to sales, marketing, and customer success teams
At minimum basic knowledge of customizing Salesforce.com platform
Comfortable with basic data analysis tasks
