Your Role

NewStore is looking for a Manager Business Operations to join our growing Field Service Team with a focus on internal controlling, invoicing, professional services operations, time tracking and reporting. 

The responsibilities include virtually every aspect of running a professional services organization, including but not limited to the management of operating metrics, invoicing and financial reconciliation,  as well as developing, deploying and driving best practices and processes necessary to ensure consistency, quality and maximum efficiency of the division.

This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, enabling key business stakeholders to understand requirements, shape analytical deliverables, and drive solid execution. Your ability to collaborate and provide high-quality support to your Professional Services stakeholders is paramount to success.

The position reports to the Global Director Professional Services. The place of work would be in Boston, MA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in developing processes and analytics to drive key decision making within the Professional Services team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent analytical and project management skills, clear communication, stakeholder management, and a passion for professional services.
  • Actively collaborate with the engagement managers and directors of professional services to ensure quality and timeliness of time tracking data
  • End of week, end of month and end of quarter utilization reporting, invoicing and billing preparation, building reports for various purposes
  • Create, maintain and validate contracts, resources, projects and invoices for customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • A facility for interpreting business needs into technical requirements and implementation in time tracking and reporting solutions
  • Enjoys working with customers and global distributed teams internally as well as with solution integration partners
  • At least 3 years working in Professional Services Operations, program management and client relationship management/customer success experience is a plus
  • At least 3 years PS/Sales tool experience - Salesforce required; experience in PS platforms such as FinancialForce is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with salesforce workflows and approval processes.
    • Create and Maintain Reports and Dashboards.
    • Able to perform data imports (using data loader or other tools).
    • Understanding of Salesforce security (Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets) is a plus.
    • Ability to perform customization of SFDC fields and page layouts is a plus.
    • Confidence in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions is a plus
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, German a plus
  • Flexibility in the presence of shifting situations whilst maintaining a cool and composed demeanor.
  • Preferably university qualifications in a business or administrative filed
