Your Mission

• Become an expert in data and its application within programmatic advertising. Identify and assess opportunities to unlock business value through improvements to the data we collect
• Build and maintain Adsquare's data taxonomy by curating and combining relevant data points based on quality and scale within the Adsquare Audience Management Platform
• Internal reporting on performance of the Adsquare Data products, making recommendations for improvements and sharing these with all relevant stakeholders
• As an interface position between Sales, Product and Data Partnerships, you are the go-to person and expert around Adsquare's proprietary data solutions
• Measure data quality and define KPIs
• Building concepts for cross-checking data sets from external providers
• Internal reporting on performance of specific data sets, making recommendations for improvement by producing qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Execute custom requests for our products, creating tailored custom data solutions for our clients

Your Profile

• You hold or are preparing a university degree in a Business, Data Analysis and/or IT subject
• You have relevant experience in data analysis and visualisation, knowledge of Tableau a plus
• Experience with Python, databases, web technologies and API’s will be a distinct advantage
• You are analytical and enjoy digging into data with your tool of choice e.g. Tableau, Excel, Google sheets
• You have exceptional project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once
• You are a results-oriented problem solver, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills - particularly when explaining complex technical products or processes
• You are tech-savvy, with a passion and aptitude for understanding technical products and systems.
• Fluent in English; German or another European language is an advantage
