Who you are?
We are looking for a person who can help further develop and scale Klarna’s loyalty program, a new role focused on loyalty-based marketing opportunities for merchants and optimizing loyalty performance via a variety of innovative campaigns. You have a strong background in partnership management in the loyalty space and have proven experience of working in a similar capacity. You have a proven track record of assisting cross-functional teams and developing best practices for the loyalty strategy. You should also have a basic understanding of Klarna as a business and the FinTech industry in general.
What you will do?
The Loyalty Partnership Manager in the US will lead the strategy and execution for all promotions and offers in our Vibe loyalty program. In this role, you will work closely with existing partners and build new relationships to offer our loyalty members exclusive and enticing offers that will drive sales uplift and increase engagement with Klarna.
