Your tasks

Then you should join us in our vision of making cancer misdiagnosis a thing of the past – sample by sample.
As our Inside Sales Lead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for generating leads and increase our revenue from our existing customers, as well as new customers, especially senders, by closing contracts and establishing lasting relationships with them.

  • As our Inside Sales Lead (m/f/d), you will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and other modern virtual presence technologies
  • Your drive is to establish contact with customers to present the value of our solutions & services
  • You will develop relationships from first point of contact to the successful closing of contracts
  • You will identify, develop, promote & manage a portfolio of new customers to increase business development opportunities
  • You take care of the documentation and maintenance of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Together with our Marketing & Customer Success department, you will execute an efficient sales strategy
  • You will secure and increase our revenue from existing customers in your geographical region as well as new customers

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional work experience in Sales – preferably in the SaaS/MedTech area
  • You are strong in communication - both in personal contact and on the phone
  • You have a high level of customer orientation as well as a focus on customer satisfaction
  • You are able to react specifically to the needs of others and to adapt to different conversation partners
  • You enjoy holding presentations and it is easy for you to set your customers on fire
  • You are fluent in both German and English
  • You guide, lead and counsel a team of sales consultants and directly report to the Head of Sales
  • You drive continuous improvement of our processes, best practices and tools
  • You help define and develop a rigorous growth culture, using hypotheses, quantitative and qualitative measures that tie to company objectives and focus on learning and impact
