At the heart of Compado’s success story are our clients and partners: On a fast track to becoming start-up scene legends the (Key) Account Managers help to introduce Compado’s commercial decision products (based on online marketing approaches) to every corner of the world. That’s why If you are passionate about client relationship management and being able to grow your clients on a partner level, you are the right person to join the team!


Role & Responsibilities

  • As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for the support and strategic development of defined Key Accounts related to a dedicated Vertical 
  • You are our voice to the partner - you develop long-term strategic relationships with partners, ensure their satisfaction and make sure to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • You constantly analyze important key figures to grow your clients and lead negotiations them
  • Based on these analyses, you drive - in consultation with your stakeholders - relevant concepts and strategies so that the planned measures are implemented in a target-oriented manner on the partner side
  • You work cross-functionally with other teams to drive new client’s on-boarding process, ensure a smooth and timely integration with new partners and share "best practice" examples with the partnerships team
  • Own your sales cycle: qualify leads, develop, execute and follow up on a priority-driven B2B pipeline
  • You actively contribute your suggestions and ideas and help to serve customer needs even better 
  • The acquisition of new partners is part of your work but not the main focus



  • You have at least 5 years experience in a (Key) Account Management role
  • Confident, professional mindset as well as sales talent and pleasure in dealing with partners
  • You actively contribute your suggestions and ideas and help to serve customer needs even better 
  • You are intrinsically motivated to get the best out of your partner
  • You have a highly analytical approach and numbers, data & concepts are part of your world
  • Communicative, customer-oriented, committed and a kick-ass team player
  • Very good knowledge / fluent in English
  • A high level of organizational talent rounds off your profile
