YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a (Junior) Project Manager - Internal IT & Infrastructure (m/f/x) who will ensure smooth IT processes throughout the whole company with a hands-on approach.

Projects: Further develop our internal processes and drive the planning and implementation of IT projects

Ownership: Take over the license management as well as the user and password administration

Administration: Be responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, especially the internal software and hardware

Support: Implement a modern internal IT support process (e.g. self-service system with QR Codes) and ensure it’s continuous maintenance

Requirements Management: Determine the IT needs of the organization in close cooperation with all departments and derive appropriate measures
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/x) or have comparable practical experience within the IT sector
- You have good knowledge of network technologies and have already gained practical experience in the field of system administration
- You are familiar with different operating systems (Windows and Mac) and have experience in the management and configuration of modern cloud services (such as Google Suite, Zendesk and Zapier)
- You enjoy solution-oriented work and see yourself as a team player with strong communication skills
- You have an independent and structured working style
