  • Independent analysis, coordinating and resolving incidents and service requests as 2nd level support
  • Installing and configuring our Hard-and Software components
  • Working closely together with internal and external service partners
  • Coordinating and executing maintenances and updates to client systems
  • Conducting independent optimizations of processes and systems
  • Establishing and maintaining processes and conducting system documentations.
  • You will be working with and reporting to our Head of IT Support in the US.


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, preferred with 2+ years of working experience in an IT customer support role with strong customer relationship skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software applications.
  • Knowledge of working with and troubleshooting Hardware & Software.
  • knowledge and experience of network administration and troubleshooting
  • working knowledge and experience with Linux
  • Experience in IT Operations with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong capacity for coordination, as well as an analytical work method.
  • Highly service and client orientated.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-call and provide support on occasional nights and weekends
  • Willing to travel to around 50% of the time. On-site visits include renowned sports teams r.g. in the NBA.
  • Jira, Confluence or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent English skills, German knowledge is a plus.
