Verify accuracy of incoming invoices and register into the invoicing system (Saldeo)
Invoicing goods in the system (NetSuite)
Preparation of bank transfers
Review and reimburse employee expenses (especially travel expenses)
Maintain accounts receivable and payable
Reconciliation of accounts balances
Monitoring of intercompany transactions
Preparation of delivery documents
Support month-end and year-end close process
Keep a cash report
Preparation of financial reports, costs analysis, ad hoc reports etc.
Collaborate with the Finance Team in the creation of accounting processes
Collaborate with the external accounting office and prepare all needed documents
Work closely with Head of Accounting of MYCS Group
Support in the up-coming inhouse accounting project
Your profile
Relevant educational background, e.g. university degree in Accounting or Economics
Very good English language skills, German is a plus
Understanding of bookkeeping and local tax environment
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Fast learner, open minded for changes
Analytical skills and good with numbers
Highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
Experience in a similar position is welcome
