KINEXON is growing our global team and has an exciting opportunity for a driven Junior Growth Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a highly-motivated marketer who is ready to work hands-on to support all marketing activities and campaigns – from growth marketing to content creation and campaign management.


  • Growth Marketing 
    • Develop and execute KINEXON’s comprehensive customer acquisition strategy for marketing campaigns  
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices and innovation and proactively propose new opportunities and platforms with marketing team 
    • Support social media growth strategy 
    • Support Event team with trade shows and event marketing 
  • Content Creation 
    • Raise the profile of KINEXON by generating engaging B2B content to excite target audiences and increase followers. 
    • Ideate and create visuals and videos that push KINEXON forward in its visual identity while protecting brand guidelines. 
  • Campaign Management
    • Create and schedule newsletters, lead nurturing campaigns, event mailings 
    • Create, execute, and monitor performance of end-to-end paid lead generation campaigns (PPC Advertising) 


Minimum Qualifications
  • Preferably based in Chicago, possibly remote 
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, social media, and/or content production required. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities. 
Desired Qualifications 
  • Experience working with an international team or company. 
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing, automation, or SaaS/technology industries 
  • Understanding of how to drive sales through social media, events, and automation workflows 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
