Junior Client Success Manager m/f/d

As an Junior Client Success Manager, you will take care of the following tasks:

  • Manage your own client portfolio and support your clients in their day-to-day business
  • Identify development opportunities (e.g. Upsells) for your portfolio
  • Create lasting relationships with our clients and help them build and scale their tech teams
  • Onboard and educate platform users so they get the most out of our service
  • Work closely with our Product and Marketing Teams to improve our platform and services according to client needs
  • Attend industry fairs and client events (whenever COVID safe)

What we are looking for:

  • German on a native level
  • First experience in client-facing roles (one year/ previous experience desirable)
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ideally, experience in Tech Recruiting/HR/Recruiting
  • Ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Excellent communication, time management and self-organization skills
  • Target and numbers-driven
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • An ambition to start a career in Sales and a willingness to learn every day

Here is what you can expect from the first months:

  • Your first three months will be spent in the talent success where you’ll learn about software development, our product, the talent side of Honeypot and our company in general. By the end of this period, you’ll be an expert in our business.
  • Then, you’ll officially be onboarded on the client success team, where you’ll start building your client portfolio.
