Want to be part of the change? Klarna is looking for an engineer to help drive the establishment of IT in our new market China. We need someone that can handle administrative IT, support duties and development on a daily basis. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Asset management including ordering, supplying and keeping inventory of devices You are responsible for the whole tech lifecycle of Klarna employees in China.
  • General support duties including making sure that our users stay productive
  • Provisioning and Onboarding/Decommissioning of devices to new and leaving employees.
  • Act as an on-site tester of services that we are developing for the China teams
  • Act as the go-to person onsite for any IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of various issues related to our specific setup for China.

Who you are:

  • You have previous experience of working efficiently together with other teams to troubleshoot and deploy new solutions
  • You have an IT Support background or worked in a similar role where customer obsession has been key to success
  • You have previous experience in device lifecycle management
  • You are solution oriented and not afraid to ask questions
  • You are well versed in the English language both in technical terms and daily conversations
  • You are able to work independently with a drive to complete tasks yourself
  • You are confident in your technical skills and understanding of systems such as device management systems, apple products and their operating systems.
