Your Role

Vivy is looking for an Office & Support Manager (m/f/d) with a technical affinity to join our team in Berlin as part of our People & Culture department. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the office as a comfortable and functional workplace.

The main focus will be to support Vivy with organizing and coordinating office procedures and IT Helpdesk requests. You should be able to create a pleasant work environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication. 

Your Role:

  • You are the main contact person for all Office and Tech Support related queries

  • Create and improve Office Management processes

  • Establish a workplace we all love to work in, where we feel comfortable, where we have fun and are able to grow to our whole potential

  • Lead the technical onboarding process of new team members at Vivy

  • Install and configure hardware and software devices

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues

  • Help with technical setup with the team events

  • Responsible for procurement and inventory of hardware and software devices

  • Help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations

Your Profile

  • Completed job training or degree in an administrative or technical field

  • High technical affinity and ability to solve technical issues

  • First experience of working in a fast-paced environment or in an IT Support role would be a plus

  • Strong documentation skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks 

  • Positive, self-motivated individual 

  • Fluency in English, German is a plus

  • Good knowledge of IT operating systems, especially Windows and MacOS 

  • Nice to have knowledge of WiFi networking
