Deine Rolle

As our IT Manager (m/f/*) you are directly responsible for our IT infrastructure (Mac only) and Services enabling your colleagues to work smoothly every day. Your responsibility is to manage and scale the Office IT Team and activities according to Capmo’s current and future IT necessities. You work closely with various stakeholders, e.g. Engineering, Security, Office Management, Finance and Corporate Systems.

Your Mission:
  • Administration, implementation, and improvement of the office hardware, software, services, and networking 
  • Maintaining a variety of SaaS applications including (but not limited to) Slack, Google Workspace, Office365, Dashlane, Zoom, and others
  • Take charge of various IT projects necessary for our sustainability and growth including (but not limited to) identity and access management, device management, as well as the implementation of new systems or tools
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and asset management and maintain and build relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers
  • Proactive design and improvement of Office IT’s processes and maintain the IT documentation in an up-to-date state

Das bringst du mit

  • 3+ years experience working as an IT, network or system administrator, in a startup environment
  • You paid close attention to or previously have gained experience in either team or people management
  • Skilled in supporting Mac devices using MDM Tools (e.g. Hexnode or similar)
  • Deep understanding of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Strong drive toward automation and single-click provisioning using industry best practices
  • Experience working in a heavily SaaS-based environment
  • Extensive experience in working with internal stakeholders to succeed in your daily work
  • Ability to independently manage, prioritize the workload and adapt to change in an instant
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn on your own
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus
