IT Assistant Intern

Passionate to eat better and grow their own, Infarm was founded in Berlin in 2013 by Osnat Michaeli and the brothers Erez and Guy Galonska. With the aim to share the goodness of own-grown produce with everyone, they developed a smart modular farming system, that allows distribution of farms throughout the urban environment, growing fresh produce in any available space and fulfilling any market demand.

Job description 

  • ​​As part of Infram IT team assist on different support, operations, projects and reports
  • Good communication, collaboration and interaction skills in English, German is a plus
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Very good technical and soft skills to manage IT support, user experience and documentation
  • Must be team player with quality of ownership, accountability and assist IT team 
  • Previous experience in IT or similar related to above would be desired 
  • Self driven and Work independently with least supervision
  • Familiar with providing end-user remote support
  • Interested to work in fast pace hyper growth environment 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptops, printers, phone and conf devices.
  • Support IT admin team in managing various SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 etc.) and Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS users support tasks
  • Assist team to onboard/onboarding activities related to employee accounts, devices etc.
  • Support and Assist Tech Lead / Director on reports, grap and slides prep for department
  • Support and Assist Tech Lead /Director to consolidate various data, applications and contracts 

Desired Technical Skills

  • Good skills on Doc, spreadsheet, presentation using Google Workplace/Microsoft office 
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and macOS as well as Android and iOS
  • Previous experience with managing and using cloud services is a plus.
  • Past working experience with a ticketing system user tech support is preferable.
  • Good work have Google Workplace, Gmail, GSuite, MDM and related components

  • Windows Servers, VMware, RedHat Linux, Cisco UCS
  • Active Directory, Cloud infra, Office365 E3/E5, MS Enterprise Mobility, Security, Intune
  • Azure portal usage monitoring and optimizing for cost saving.
  • New site/office/factory infrastructure solution designing / finalizing BOM with vendor 
  • Help Desk Software and systems i.e. JIRA/BMC remedy/ServiceNow /Manage engine
  • Networking, Active Directory, Security, Applications
  • Creation of IT process and policy, managing/monitoring alerts and resolving issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science , Computer or comparable.
