We’re looking for an amazing expert who will run the IT infrastructure at foodspring and support our users. Take lead and further develop structures, process and key functions relating to IT. Act as the go-to expert when it comes to IT support, and be responsible for providing a reliable, flawless and friendly internal IT service.

So, what can you expect to work on?
You install and configure software, hardware and office tech equipment.
You set up accounts and end user devices.
You troubleshoot issues and outages.
You do end-user support (remote and on-site).
You manage network servers and technology tools.
You monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
You ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
You upgrade systems with new releases and models.
You develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
You build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
What you offer us:
You have 3+ years proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
You are experienced with Microsoft server and network environments, Azure AD, Office 365 / Microsoft 365.
You have experience working with ticketing systems.
You have experience with remote end-user support.
You have knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
You have the ability to create simple scripts in Python, Perl or other suitable language.
You are familiar with Windows and MacOS desktops.
You have a resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
You have excellent communication skills.
English at business level spoken and in writing, German is desirable.
