We are a team of travel experts, tech-enthusiasts and heroes of customer service - with the shared purpose to simplify business travel using an AI-based approach. We are in our 6th year of existence and are growing rapidly with now more than180 colleagues, supported by top investors like Microsoft, Project A and Creandum. We are currently on a strong growth path, in which “Customer Centricity” is a key strategic pillar.

That’s why we are looking for you as an intern to support our Head of Customers with the next possible start date.
So, are you ready to turn the B2B travel industry upside down?

YOUR TASKS

  • You will work on a day-to-day basis directly with our Head of Customers a former Bain & Company consultant, learn from her and support her in the following tasks:
  • You help strategically driving one of our top company’s objectives - to make our customers truly happy
  • You are responsible for our new pricing strategy, e.g. you calculate different scenarios, define a roll-out plan for our sales department etc.
  • You support a couple of further improvement measures/ projects for a varied selection of topics (e.g. optimization of our complaint management, premium service set-up, etc.)
  • You identify further improvement potentials based on customer feedback, customer journeys, evaluation of internal processes, etc.
  • You work cross-functionally with the various departments (e.g. Product, Operations, Sales)
  • You shape cultural change management initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Your working mode can be described as independently, analytical, organized and well structured
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment, with plenty of input from across departments and multiple stakeholders
  • You would describe yourself as a mission-driven project manager and creative problem-solver
  • You enjoy tackling big, complex problems and turn them into opportunities
  • You believe in long term success through customer happiness and enjoy putting yourself in the customer’s position
  • You are based in (or happy to work from) Berlin
  • You are available for at least 3 months, ideally longer
  • You are matriculated in a (Master) degree program at a top university or have already graduated
  • You have a charismatic attitude and the natural ability to communicate well - excellent spoken and written English and German is a must
