We are a team of travel experts, tech enthusiasts and customer support heroes – with the shared purpose to simplify business travel. Comtravo provides small and medium sized companies a truly unique solution. Travellers or travel managers can book and manage their business trips with one simple text message. Using state-of-the-art technologies, such as NLP and machine learning techniques, we are automating our fulfillment pipeline. This enables our in-house travel experts to focus on complex requests and individual needs of our clients.  
We need you to be the link between marketing and sales as an important member of our BizDev team!
So, are you ready to turn the B2B travel industry upside down?   


  • You are part of the entire customer lifecycle and therefore the link between marketing, sales and account management with a deep understanding in these fields
  • You work directly with our VP Growth on strategic projects related to sales automation, lead scoring and customer success
  • You analyze, define and optimize the structures of our sales processes
  • You independently create analyses about cohorts, channels, funnel conversion and LTV
  • You are actively following new directions or trends on the market and are collecting relevant information to create competitive analysis


  • You are matriculated in a (Master) degree program with an economic and / or technical focus at a top university or have already graduated
  • You have already gained experience in performance marketing, sales and / or business development as part of an internship or as a working student in a top company
  • You are a pro in using popular marketing channels (especially CRM, SEO & SEA) and you are familiar with marketing and analytic tools from Google, Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Your are used to tracking, analytics and optimization in the field of marketing
  • You are available for at least 3 months, but ideally longer, to change the world of business travel together with us
