You will work on:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for NavVis employees seeking technical assistance
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided though our IT Service Desk platform
  • Maintain PC's and peripherals including printers
  • Prepare hardware, software and networking configuration for new users
  • Keep the IT Asset Management up-to-date
  • Troubleshooting of hardware / software issues for PC, mobile devices and network devices
  • Record, track and document issues

You have:

  • Pursing a degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
  • General IT troubleshooting skills
  • General understanding of IT systems, applications and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • A passion in tackling and solving technical issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English

You are:

  • Command-line experience with Linux
  • JIRA Service Desk experience
  • Active Directory basic management
  • Office 365 experience
