Missions :
Reporting to the Technical Department, you will be part of the pre-sales team working with end customers and partners for the efficient implementation of projects. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the sales team and partners in the presentation and promotion of our offers to customers and prospects.
- Developing technical proposals.
- Qualifying new opportunities.
- Participating in the preparation and management of tenders.
- Managing relations with our customers and partners.
- Carrying out portability and process optimization
- Developing and maintaining the FAQ and internal documents as well as those for external usage.
- Training/certifying partners on solutions and optimize training materials
- Establishing reports.
- Monitoring technology (products) and business (competitors).
The position is based in Paris, but you will be required to regularly visit customers or partners.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science or telecommunications and have 2/3-year experience in a similar position as well as in project management.
Professional English is required. You will work in an international context with daily exchanges in English (meetings, mails, etc...).
You are a true professional, persuasive with a "technical answer", and you have a sense of customer service.
Writing skills are also required. We are looking for versatile profiles capable of addressing several topics and technologies.

Technical skills and knowledge required:
- You are a strong team player, but you are also tenacious and curious. You can suggest innovative solutions to customers.
- Your reactivity and your proactivity allow you to detect solutions where others see obstacles.
- Enthusiastic, you wish to get involved in the development of an ambitious startup subsidiary. Moreover, you will be able to differentiate yourself by your curiosity and your sense of pedagogy.
- You master project management tools. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good editorial capacity.
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of UCaaS, IP Connectivity and VoIP, SIP Trunking, Hosted IP Telephony Solutions, CloudPBX Solutions
