As Information Security Manager, you are the key responsible of NavVis' Information Security measures and activities.
The baseline for your work, a company wide Information Security Management System in line with ISO27001 and TISAX, is already in place. You are the leading person for maintaining and further developing the Management System, running regular internal and external audits and managing information security incidents. Further, you will support our large Enterprise customer projects with Information Security assessments of our clients and assure Information Security at our subcontractors.

You will work on:
Be the company’s passionate advocate and pragmatic go to expert for all teams regarding information security incidents and questions
Own, manage and extend the NavVis Information Security Management System
Lead efforts to internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations regarding the adequacy of security controls for the organization's information and technology systems
Translate security controls and requirements into tickets and initiate and monitor the implementation of information security requirements
Run internal and external information security audits such as TISAX and ISO27001 and partner up with internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers, our external DPO and auditors to follow up with assessments and audits
Work to develop an International Security roadmap that will address identified risks and business security requirements
You have:
Degree in business technology, information security, computer science, information systems management or related field
Deep expertise in security standards, privacy, IT audit and compliance
Knowledge and/or experience of running IT security frameworks like ISO27001 or TISAX
You have a proven track record translating security controls into tickets and successfully implementing them
Information Security specific certifications, educations and trainings are a plus
Excellent documentation skills
Pragmatic mindset to find the best balance between business needs and information security requirements
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and German) and are able to collaborate and advocate for the importance of data and information security across departments
