Honeypot is Europe’s tech-focused job platform for Software Developers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders. Honeypot was founded in 2015 by serial entrepreneurs Kaya Taner (AppLift) and Emma Tracey (Lifa Communications) and is backed by influential angel investors and advisors from the Berlin startup and tech scene.

Honeypot is entering the rapid scale up phase  and we are looking for highly-driven, curious and creative people to join us to shape the future of work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You take full ownership of the recruitment cycle for Operational and Business roles
  • You make lasting relationships with great people outside and within the organisation focusing on candidate and employee experience
  • You come up with cool and creative ideas for employer branding that spark true enthusiasm among current and future team members (no need to hold back - we can go crazy here ;-)
  • You work independently and manage your own work
  • You contribute to the overall success of the company

Our Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in human resources, business, marketing & communications or other related field
  • Full working proficiency in German and English
  • prior professional experience in in-house recruitment
  • Previous experience in startups strong plus
  • Great presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Capacity and empathy to understand candidates and team members through an excellent feel for personalities
  • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced environment
  • Belief that awesome things are MADE to happen :-)
