Human Resources Intern

Born and raised in Berlin, we are Honeypot, Europe's developer-focused job platform. Launched in 2015 and acquired by NWSE (Xing) in 2019, we are a startup with big ambitions. 

In the past year, on our mission to find developers great jobs, we created honeypot. originals (some say 'Netflix for developers') and launched our developer-focused media platform .cult, exploring the softer side of software development.

As Human Resources Intern you will be responsible for the following tasks and learn the following:

  • You will gain knowledge about one of the most used HR tool, Workday, by supporting us with its implementation
  • You will participate in elaborating and ensuring data accuracy throughout the company
  • You will be supporting our recruiting process and learning about our applicant tracking system
  • You will support our recruiter in various tasks such as sourcing, scheduling, and overseeing candidates applications and communication
  • You will be supporting our new employees' onboarding process and making sure everything is running smoothly
  • You will be working in close cooperation with the People and Culture and Finance team as well as with all employees

What are we looking for:

  • A minimum time frame of 6 months
  • You are passionate about HR and want to learn about how a company works
  • You have a conversational level of German (minimum B2)
  • You care about people, and want to have an impact in a company
  • You have a service industry mindset and like to achieve something together with a team
  • Nonetheless, you are independent and detailed oriented
  • You are self organised and care about accuracy
