We are looking for a HR & People Operations Manager (f/m/d). 

Your Mission

As a professional with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, eager to support the People team with a wide range of tasks, you will ensure that all our HR processes run smoothly and will support Adsquare’s employees through their whole employee lifecycle by:

  • Running and organizing all our HR processes, ranging from signing contracts to vacation and sick leave requests 
  • Owning  and managing our People Management tools and reports and update them regularly 
  • Preparing accurate general documentation and supporting visa applications and relocation for our international employees 
  • Managing and coordinating employees on- and off-boarding processes 
  • Ensuring that the end to end People Management process supports a positive employee experience at all times
  • Supporting processing monthly payroll for our employees globally together with our international payroll providers
  • Supporting in the process of opening new entities and offices abroad together with external accountants, as well as employment law experts
  • Writing and updating our brand-new employee handbook

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations and administration
  • You are experienced in managing employee databases, benefits, and time off
  • You have a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • You are an expert around payroll processes and have experience in supporting payroll internationally 
  • You have excellent Google Workspace and MS Office skills (especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in international office openings and supporting local team members would be a plus
  • Experience with Personio for recruiting and People Management is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and German
