As our HRBP (m/f/x)

• you champion local and global HR projects on a strategic and operational level
• you analyze and identify potential for improvement in all HR-relevant topics
• you drive strategic and organizational change processes
• you are establishing and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees
• you consult your direct stakeholders in any HR topic, no matter if it is the CEO, a manager or an employee - be the department’s go-to person

What we look for

• You have at least a bachelor degree and at least two years of professional experience as an HR business partner.
• You have a strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills.
• You are an open-minded, dynamic personality with a strong hands-on mentality and you feel comfortable in a growing environment.
• You are a team player, enjoy developing new strategies and contributing to the company's success.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
• Affinity and basic understanding of all things related HR.
