As a Head of Talent, you will be actively shaping the future of Clue’s team as we continue to grow.

You will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of cohesive strategies to source, assess, and hire the best available - and most diverse - talent by working closely with the People Managers across our organisation. Reporting to our Head of People, you will own, challenge, and improve our Talent Acquisition activities to ultimately achieve our goals as a company.



  • Design and implement clear hiring guidelines cooperating with the different stakeholders to establish well-structured recruitment processes.
  • Hire, motivate, and lead our Talent Acquisition team in Berlin, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with our values.
  • Define and keep track of our TA efforts by analysing the data and providing actionable insights.
  • Design sourcing and recruitment strategies that adapt to our hiring needs and the global talent market.
  • Lead Clue’s recruitment activities covering Tech, Product, Science, and Operations.
  • Bring your expertise to help us define our Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Retention, and Remote Culture strategies, as well as developing a powerful recruiting culture in all our team members.


  • 5+ years of experience in Tech & Product Recruitment within a fast-paced and international environment
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Managers
  • Hands on expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes collaborating with different stakeholders and Hiring Managers
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition and passion about Recruitment and able to take initiative on challenging projects

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup/scaleup company
  • Experience in designing Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, DEI strategies
