YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage the North American Sales Team. 
  • Define sales strategies and their operational implementation to establish KINEXON as a leading player in the North American market.  
  • Sales of software products, combined hardware and software solutions, as well as service and support. 
  • Identify, qualify, develop and successfully close deals.  
  • Drive growth by defining and implementing new customer acquisition strategies.  
  • Design and optimize sales processes 
  • Analyse, report and forecast on sales metrics and relevant key figures.  
  • Develop and grow high performing teams through leadership and motivation. 
  • Attract, develop and motivate talent for the sales department in collaboration with HR. 
  • Report directly to and work closely with our CRO Industries. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in SaaS, enterprise software and/or combined hardware and enterprise software solutions with focus on logistics and manufacturing. 
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to continue to drive our expansion plans in new and high growth markets.  
  • C-level sales experience and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.  
  • Experience working with regional system integrators and partners.  
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, develop and inspire a team.  
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing and logistics and a strong network is a plus.  
  • Intellectual curiosity, affinity for technology and the ability to continuously evolve with the company.  
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
